"I Feel Helpless" - Erica Nlewedim Cries Out

 

Nigerian model and Big Brother Naija star, Erica Nlewedim has cried out on how helpless she feels about her inability to help more people.

The philanthropist couldn't help but express sadness that so many people need assistance, yet she can't render help to all.

According to the actress, the more she gives, the more she feels helpless because there are more people out there who needs help.

She wrote,

"So many people need help, the more I give the more I feel helpless cos at least 100x more people need and I can’t help everyone 😢😣😞."

In an interview with Chude Jideonwo, Erica revealed her vulnerability, said she was getting sad towards the end of her stay in the Big Brother house.

"Well, because of my mental health, when I was in the House, towards the end of my stay I was getting really sad like I wasn’t smiling anymore, I was not happy.

Then coming out in that shocking way, coming to face the world and hearing all the things people had to say about me and seeing all the love knowing that oh I have a new…it was just a lot of things to take in at the same time.

Plus knowing that my life has changed. I’m just trying to adjust so many things, so I needed that time, I didn’t want to just be overwhelmed and must breakdown or something, that was the best thing.”
