Nigerian media personality Anita Natacha Akide, popularly known as Tacha, has emphasized that her path to success is not merely the result of luck or an effortless rise to fame.
The reality TV star detailed a series of jobs she undertook from a young age to illustrate her how she's hardworking. At 14, she taught in a nursery class, and later sold recharge cards at her mother’s store. During her university years, she worked as a hairdresser, while also selling "okrika" (second-hand clothes). Additionally, Tacha took on roles as a freelance makeup artist and an usher, and even hawked eyelashes on the streets of Port Harcourt (PH), revealing different types of hustling that shaped her journey.
She stressed that her journey was far from smooth, but through sheer determination and tireless effort, she was able to overcome obstacles and achieve success.

Tacha’s statement came in response to an X user who claimed she’s just another example of life being all about grace, not hard work. She countered by revealing all the hustling she has done to survive.
She wrote,
"Yes life is grace but I put in crazy work!
Was teaching in a nursery class @ 14
Sold recharge card @ mumsys store
Did hair dressing all through Uni
Sold okrika
Became a freelance makeup artist
Did ushering jobs
Hawked eyelashes on the streets of ph
Did 2 reality TV shows (The Challenge USA X bbn)

Hustling now in the UK, my dear iTs BOTH “CRAZY HARDWORK” & Grace."
