"I Fought Abacha And Plotted His Overthrow" Reno Omokri Reveals

The former aide to ex-President Goodluck Ebele Jonathan, Reno Omokri has revealed that he plotted the overthrow of the late Head of State, General Sani Abacha at the age of 23.

This is coming after a social media challenged him on social media. The online supporter of Peter Obi, @kelvin3bery, dared him to back back to Nigeria and also issued out a warning to leave Peter Obi, presidential candidate of Labour Party alone.

"If you get mind come back Naija. Leave our PO alone."

Reno replied;

"I thank the Metropolitan Police for providing my family and I with augmented security after the threat to my daughter’s life. We will not be deterred. We will not hide. My family and I will go on our daily walks and frequent travels. No coward will make us cow away!"

He also made it known that he isn't afraid. That since he can face Sani Abacha he can face the online supporter of Peter Obi.

"Dear @kelvin3bery,

My family and I will come to Nigeria WHENEVER we want. At 23, I fought Abacha and plotted his overthrow.

@TopeFasua, a Presidential candidate, Shaka Momodu, ThisDay editor, and Dan Akpovwa, can bear witness. If I can face Abacha, I can face you!"

Recall, the activist, put $500 bounty on Peter Obi's online supporter who threatened his daughter.

"Dear citizens of Nigeria, I will give out a cash reward of $500 to anybody who exposes his true identity. I am also petitioning the Department of State Security. If anything happens to my daughter, even if she gets a headache, the response will not be gentle!"
