Nollywood actor, Yul Edochie has encouraged women to take the initiative and propose to a man wasting time.

Yul opined that nothing is wrong with a woman  taking charge of the situation to see it done.

According to him, if a man taking long to propose to a lady, she should buy a ring and be the one to make an offer of marriage to him.
