Viral Ibadan Taxi Driver Seen Wearing Woman's Dress Behind The Wheel, Gives Reasons
Afeez Adedigba, commercial taxi driver who went viral for wearing his wife’s dress while driving a popular micra taxi in Ibadan, the Oyo State capital, made clear the reason behind his strange behavior.
Adedigba, who was seen in a viral clip wearing a female dress, revealed that the rain drenched his clothes, and that the best option for him then was to pick an available cloth, which was his wife’s dress.
In an interview with a media personality, Ayo Adams, on Monday, Adedigba said that since he still wanted to work that day, he had to wear his spouse's dress.
Adedigba, who was seen in a viral clip wearing a female dress, revealed that the rain drenched his clothes, and that the best option for him then was to pick an available cloth, which was his wife’s dress.

He also stated that he wears his wife’s dress any time it rains and put on his own when the rain stops, adding that he has two of her clothes and that the dresses are always in his micra taxi.
“This is not the only cloth of my wife that I have. They are about two. The first time I took the dress, it was raining heavily, and all my clothes were drenched. I had no choice but to take hers since I was still interested in working that day.
So now, I wear the dress when it rains and put on mine when it stops. That’s why it is always in my vehicle.
It has been quite an age I’ve been driving this micra. And I only seek God’s favour on the job. I moved to driving when I couldn’t raise funds to start the sales of tyres that I learnt at a tender age.
The driver quelled the rumour that he fought, and his clothes were torn, which was why he resorted to wearing his wife’s dresses.”
