May Edochie, the estranged wife of Nollywood actor, Yul Edochie revealed that her businesses suffered greatly after her marriage ended, resulting in significant losses, including expired goods in her stores.

“It was barely a few months when all the unprecedented occurrences came my way, I sat and watched everything go down the drain and it came at a time I had to repay three banks.”
“The banks had been helping me really good, but it was unfortunate that everything happened at the same time and I lost everything. While so much was going on social media, I was battling other things a lot of people don’t know about. In the midst of these, I still had to pay three banks loan, interests were piling. Like I said I had lost all my businesses, goods expired in my stores, everything went down. But because I believe in myself and I know what I am made of, I said no I am not going to be at the mercy of anyone.”
May Edochie filed for divorce from Yul Edochie in August 2022, roughly a year after he introduced Judy Austin as his second wife and they had a child together.
