Simi Opens Up On Why She's Yet To Get Pregnant 3 Years After First Child

Nigerian songbird, Simi has revealed on social media on why she is yet to have a second child since she birthed her first child, Adejare

In May 2020, she welcomed her daughter alongside her husband Adekunle Gold.

The mother of one made it known in a latest video shared online with her daughter Adejare that since giving birth to Adejare, she has been dealing with an eye defect that has gotten worse.

Simi further added that she had gone to see an optician three months prior and after the test, the doctor recommended a pair of glasses to correct her eye defect.

In an interview with SDE Pulse, Simi disclosed what motherhood means to her, which she says is a big deal.

 “Being a mom, you have to prioritise – but it’s great to have support and help. My baby is growing so fast, I just wanna soak in these moments. I work when I work.”
