Nigerian rapper Tochukwu Ojogwu, better known as Odumodublvck, has alleged that many Nigerian artists are envious of his accomplishments.
Despite some critics saying his rap isn't good, he's become the most featured Nigerian rapper internationally, collaborating with global artists and producing hit songs.
He attributes the criticism to jealousy, saying that his songs are chart-toppers, and gets more gigs than his other colleagues.
Speaking in a recent episode of Toronto Ada’s Room podcast, Odumodublvck said, “In Nigeria, they say that my rap is not good but I’m the most featured rapper by international artists. I think it’s a thing of envy because I sing my hooks, my songs are hits and I get more bookings than them.

Odumodublvck believes his colleagues in the Nigerian music industry are envious of his success.
He added that they're green with envy, especially when they think they're superior. However he emphasised that he doesn't care about their jealousy.
“The envy is deep especially when they think they are better. But we pay no mind to that. We just continue pushing for those that believe -let them continue to tune in. It’s very unfortunate for the people on the other side because this thing is not going to stop soon.”
