The  On The Run II, OTRII tour, finally kicked off in Cardiff Wales, yesterday evening. Their first On The Run tour was in 2014,  which took them across North America and France.

Beyonce and Jay Z flaunted Rumi and Sir Carter. The crowd went wild on seening the vistuals.  The last time the twins were seen was when they were a month old on her instagram.  The picture of Jay Z was also shown holding the twins.
