Battling eczema
Eczema is a disorder that makes the skin look unattractive, can also be repulsive to people. It makes people feel terrible and uncomfortable. It affects people of different age and sex.

Symptoms
The symptoms varies from mild itching, dark colored patches, crusting and oozing, severe inflammation to flaking of the skin. It appears on the face, back chest, knee, elbow, in fact it can appear on any part of the body. In some cases, the symptoms come with blisters.
Causes of eczema
What causes eczema is not known but it is thought to be linked to an overactive response by the body's immune system to an irritant. On the other hand some things may trigger it.
- Food allergies
- Stress
- Cream reaction
- hormonal changes, often before periods or during Pregnancy
- Harsh detergents
- Harsh or cold weather
Tips on how to clear eczema
Avoid wearing rough fabrics and wool, they tend to irritate the skin.
Avoid heavily perfumed lotion.
Use natural oil from fish, walnut, Olive seed and primrose. They have anti-inflammatory property.
Apply coconut butter lotion on skin to moisturized and sooth the skin.
Take more of virgin coconut oil. It contains medium chain fatty acid and nourishment for dry skin.
Apply Vaseline on the affected area to remove the dry skin.
The use of alligator oil is effective in the treatment.
In order for the skin to retain it moisture, take warm showers at least twice a day.
Take supplements such as vitamin B complex regularly and zinc supplement to reduce acidity level of the body.
Take some baths like milk bath help to clear eczema from the skin.
