Finally the truth is true, and it's just as Nigerians speculated, Nollywood actor, Jim Iyke has finally admitted that his fight with Uche Maduagwu was a publicity stunt to promote his movie some hours ago with controversial Nollywood actor confirming it.
Jim Iyke said the stunt was done to promote his recent movie. This was during an interview with Chude Jideonwo.
It all started when Uche maduagwu asked the source of wealth of Jim on social media. Making the video of Jim beating Maduagwu going viral or social media days later.
Jim explained, “I am too strategic to jeopardize the success of my film by actually getting into a real fight with Uche Maduagwu."
“My team came up with the plan and Uche Maduagwu was contacted and paid well for it."
"He paid me N3.6 million to promote Bad Comments movie and added N1.2 million after it went viral. I’m not just the most talked-about movie star in Africa. I’m the biggest brand influencer," he disclosed.
“Jim Iyke is like a big brother to me. He saw potentials in me. Today, Bad Comments movie became the biggest cinema film in 2021 because he saw my brand influencing power and worked with me. Mr. Moses is a great director too. I influence brands to success because I am the most talked-about movie star for Africa.
"He explained that he understands the thirst of Nigerians for gossip and bad news, so he decided to tap into that to promote his movie which has a similar storyline."
