Davido Reveals Plan To Return To Studio As Uncle, Adeleke Receives Certificate Of Return

 

Multi-award winner, David Adeleke, popularly known as Davido has disclosed he's going back to the studio, after he put his career on the line for the sake of victory.

The singer has been in Osun state for the past few days, urging people to vote for his uncle, the painstaking role he played in the emergence of his uncle, Ademola Adeleke, as the governor-elect of Osun State took him away from the studio

He made this announcement after his uncle, Adeleke was given certificate of return as Osun Governor-elect by the Independent National Electoral Commission on Wednesday.

The presentation came hours after the singer's lamentations about his uncle not yet given certificate of return since he was declared as the winner of the election.

He tweeted,

"It’s been a long battle fought !! We put our Family name on the line , I put my career on the line ! But we had faith!! This was God testing us if we really believed in him !! I feel victorious! Congrats ! Your excellency @AAdeleke_01

 ! As for me it’s back to the studio! 🔊🌏❤️🤞🏾"

On Tuesday the Davido took to Twitter to lament that his uncle is yet to receive a certificate of return since declared as the winner of the election.

"48hrs after our @AAdeleke_01 victory at the Osun Gubernatorial elections, we are yet to receive our certificate. @inecnigeria should we send you fuel money?” he wrote.
