Bobrisky Regains Freedom After Serving Six Months In Prison
Controversial cross-dresser Idris Okuneye, known as Bobrisky regained freedom after spending six months in Kirikiri Correctional Centre.
The social media influencer, regained freedom from the Kirikiri Correctional Centre on Monday around 10am.
The socialite was arrested by the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) for abuse of Naira notes, spraying of Naira notes, and currency mutilation, among others.

The EFCC spokesperson, Dele Oyewale, revealed why Bobrisky was arrested.
“We are very serious about restoring the dignity of the Naira. Though our investigation is still ongoing, but he will definitely be charged to court soon.”
Bobrisky was sentenced to six months imprisonment on April 12, 2024, without an option of fine by Justice Abimbola Awogboro.
