"It is Becoming Difficult To Survive in Nigeria"— Nedu Wazobia Laments Economic Hardship
Popular media personality, Nedu Wazobia has raised alarm over the worsening economic situation in Nigeria, saying survival has become a daily battle for ordinary citizens.
The on-air personality and podcaster made the remarks in a new video trending on Sunday, where he spoke candidly about the rising cost of living and its toll on Nigerians.
According to Nedu, the country is no longer just expensive, it is becoming unlivable.
“Nigeria is not just expensive anymore. Nigeria is becoming difficult to survive in. If you are a father, a mother or a young person trying to make something out of yourself, you already know what I’m talking about.”
He lamented that salaries no longer make sense, as workers spend their earnings almost immediately they receive them.
“You go work, you go collect salary and somehow the money go disappear even before the month start, even before you reach house.”
