The Life of Pablo is the seventh studio album released by Kanye West on February 14, 2016, by GOOD music and Def dam recordings
The lawsuits was originally filed on behalf of justin Baker Rhett, in 2016 who expressed what other people faced.
Baker Rhett attorney Jay Edelson wrote in statement, "We fully support the right of artists to express themselves freely and creatively, however creative freedom is not a license to mislead the public. We believe we will be able to prove to a jury that Mr West and Tidal tricked millions of people into subscribing to their services and they will be held accountable for what they did."
To which Kanye West responded in 2017 to the lawsuit, that he altered the album many times so that the original Tidal version is not the same as the LP that went out on other streaming services.
