Nigeria beat Iceland 2_0

 Nigeria has won its match in the on going FIFA World Cup, 2018. It played this evening against Iceland.

In the first half, there was no goal from the two countries. The match was dull. But, Nigeria had possession of the ball 60% while Iceland had about 40& possession. Even at that there was no meaningful result.

The second half had us seeing a different Super Eagles. Ahmed musa, scored a beautiful goal at 49 minutes. Later scored the second goal at 75 minutes. Ahmed Musa was the man of the match.

Iceland had opportunity  at the 80 minutes when they were awarded a penalty, but they blew it away when Gylfi Sigurdsson missed it.

The match ended on a good note for Nigeria.
