Tonto Dikeh a Nollywood actress shared a photo of her body before and after her plastic surgery. She dissed those who said that surgery is not good, that anybody who does not like her new body that her old body will be the person's portion.
Tonto wrote, "If me hear anyone questioning why I opt for surgery to look my absolute best wnd frel comfortable in my own skin na slap I no dlap uou."

Tonto Dikeh has undergone the knife, 2018, to have a bum modified. In an interview with BBC pidgin she disclosed her reason for going for surgery.
"Almost everyone knows, before now that my physique wasn't always right. If I had denied undergoing plastic surgery fans would come trolling me for not revealing the truth," Tonto said
"There's also the stereotype problem that makes African women who the procedure feel they have to deny doing so and keep it a secret. But why would I be ashamed to say I altered my physique? That norn, I think I've broken away from it.
"Confidence! Since I had my bum done, It has bolstered my confidence. I liked myself more. I become happier such that I even doubted if this was my body. If you don't like it, fix it. That's me.
"You fix it through different numerous ways. But it doesn't always have to be surgery. I'm an advocate for surgery but I won't persuade anymore to do what they don't intend doing. So, do you as I do me."
