Florence Ita-Giwa Goes On Knees, Begs Youths To Stop Destruction Of Properties

 

Former Presidential Adviser to Olusegun Obasanjo, Florence Ita-Giwa with tears has pleaded with youth to stop the destruction. She said that she knows they have failed the youth. But they should forgive them.

A lot of senators houses and properties had been burned down. But the former lawmaker knelt down and pleaded with the youth at midnight of Saturday at a popular round about in Calabar. Some of the youth said she is always there for the masses and Bakassi people.

In a video that went viral on social media, she could be seen at she knelt down to beg in her native language to stop destroying properties in Calabar. Because according to her the vandalization and the havoc affect not only the rich but the poor.

"I know we have wronged you. The generation of today has suffered. The big people have wronged you. Nigerian politician has failed you. But please forgive us. Forgive the big people. Forgive the politicians," she pleaded.,
