"Teachers In Nigerian Need Mental Evaluation" Laura Ikeji Reacts To The Death Of 19-Month-Old Child Given 31 Strokes Of Cane By Teacher

 


Nigerian socialite, Laura Ikeji has advised that the mental health and state of Nigerian teachers should be evaluated. Emphasizing the importance of why it's necessary for people in good mental state of health teaching the children.

The social media influencer has also cautioned people who are frustrated not to go into the teaching profession, stating that it's better for them to find another occupation.

She wrote,

"Teachers in Nigerian needs mental evaluation. We need to know that the ppl we leave our kids with are normal human beings."

Mental evaluation for all teachers in naija. Let's take out the bad ones. If you are unhappy n frustrated, being a teacher is not the best profession for you.

"Look for something else", she advised.

This is coming after the story of the death of 19-month-old child, identified as Obinna who was allegedly given 31 strokes of the cane  for playing with water and getting wet by the teacher, the son of the owner of Arise Nursery and Primary School, Asaba, Delta State.

In a previous post, she wrote,
