"I Almost Committed Suicide in 2017" — Actor Kunle Remi

 

Actor Kunle Remi has reacted to the death of DJ tWitch who died from suicide at age 40.

The winner of the seventh edition of Gulder Ultimate Search in 2010, disclosed how he almost committed suicide in 2017. That year he was faced with many challenges and so many thoughts in his mind. At a point he wanted to just give up.

“We never really look fine as we are, speaking as men, we go through a lot."

"2017 was tough for me, I was overwhelmed, growing through a lot, and so many thoughts in my mind, and at a point, I couldn’t take it, I was close to committing suicide.

"Kunle said it was God's grace that made him overcome taking his life. He added that, the horrible experience made he to learn how to share his pains and challenges with people instead of bottling up.

"It took God’s grace to scale through….I used to bottle up stuff but now I have learned to hare and talk to someone….life is beautiful but we need to always choose a balance between happiness and sadness, let’s do better."
