Kemi Badenoch Should Be Jailed Upon Entering Africa – Seun Kuti Says

Nigerian singer and songwriter, Seun Kuti has explained why British Conservative Party leader, Kemi Badenoch should be prohibited from entering Africa by African governments and should be taken into custody and imprisoned the moment she sets foot on the African soil 

The Afrobeats musician stated that should Kemi Badenoch step into the continent, let her face arrest and imprisonment.

Seun Kuti has shown displeasure on how Badenoch has insulted people saying Europeans deserve payment from Africans for the impacts of colonialism after what they made his ancestors go through.

“Many have been praising this woman [Kemi Badenoch]; someone who has been insulting us, not only us but our ancestors. She said we should pay Europeans for colonialism.

“She’s saying we should pay them for killing millions of our ancestors; for all the atrocities that they committed in our lands.

“She’s someone who should be banned by African governments from stepping into Africa. Once she steps into Africa, she should be jailed.”

Kemi Badenoch has been at the center of controversy due to her divisive comments about Nigeria. She once sought assistance from individuals in a West African nation to help her win her parliamentary seat.
