Nigerian investigative journalist, Kemi Olunloyo has claims that Chioma Adeleke, wife of Nigerian musician Davido, used in vitro fertilization (IVF) with a surrogate to have twins, born in October 2023 in Atlanta.
Kemi asserted that she predicted Davido expecting twins in June 2023 and suggests a "surrogate exchange" occurred where mothers swapped babies for bonding.
Kemi alleges Chioma hid in the U.S. for 7-9 months, faking pregnancy and later exercising to simulate postpartum weight loss, using a light-skinned Black surrogate.

Kemi alleges Chioma hid in the U.S. for 7-9 months, faking pregnancy and later exercising to simulate postpartum weight loss, using a light-skinned Black surrogate.

She further revealed that Chioma was unable to carry a pregnancy due to multiple previous terminations, which had rendered her womb unviable. This was allegedly a result of her desire to have a male child. However, it was clarified that the twins are biologically hers and Davido's.
"SURROGACY: Chioma Adeleke did IVF which was planted in a surrogate who carried the twins. I was the one who told you Davido was expecting “Two babies” in June 2023. The babies were born October 2023 in Atlanta in a surrogate exchange where the mothers exchanged the babies for bonding. Chioma’s surrogate was a light skin black woman. She was never pregnant and hid in America 🇺🇸 7/9 months to perfect the storyline. She later started fake jogging and exercises outdoors to look like she’s losing weight. Surrogacy awareness was brought to Nigeria by me in 2018 when I reported Linda IKEJI’S pregnancy. It was further discussed on TVC. Chioma could not get pregnant again because of numerous termination of pregnancies in her attempt to have a boy. Her womb was simply no longer viable to carry another child. The egg is hers, the sperm Davido’s and the twins theirs. It is what it is. I have an audio of David telling the London babymama all this reproductive issues but chose not to post it.
