"How I Was Abused By My Ex-husband" - Funke Akindele

 

A post shared by Instagram blogger Cutie_Julls alleged actress Funke Akindele recounted all her ordeal in a scene of her self produced popular comedy series, Jeniffer’s Diary, aired on scene One TV dated, 18/07/2021. Funke Akindele was married to Kehinde Oloyede-Almaroof a  property mogul. However, a year later the marriage ended.

The actress disclosed how her former husband abused her verbally and threatened to go public if she ever walks out of the marriage, an attempt to tarnish her image and brand.

According to the Funke, her ex-husband ended their marriage via phone call while she was on a movie set.

She was negatively affected both mentally and physically, which caused her to lose several endorsement deals. The entertainer disclosed how her ex mishandled her without regard for her self-esteem. 

She, however, expressed appreciation to God for blessing her with a better man JJC Skillz and blessing her home with a set of twin boys.

Many social media users who knew the actress while she was still married to her former husband attested to the story while appreciating God for her life and wish her more success.

According to theyoniplace_ng, "If you live in oshodi you will know her story. I was embarrassed on her behalf when I heard she got married to him then. I am so happy she is in a better place, she deserve it."
