"He Used Her!"– Nigerians React as Rosy Meurer Allegedly Dumps Olakunle Churchill

 

Shockwaves have hit social media as reports emerge that Nollywood actress Rosy Meurer has reportedly filed for divorce from her husband, businessman Olakunle Churchill.

According to multiple reports, the actress allegedly filed for the dissolution of their marriage on April 20, 2026, bringing an abrupt halt to their union which began in 2021 and produced two children. 

The situation quickly gained traction online after eagle-eyed fans noticed that both parties had unfollowed each other on Instagram, a move many interpreted as confirmation that all is not well behind the scenes.

As expected, Nigerians did not hold back, flooding comment sections with accusations and blamed Churchill of using her. Others, however, argued that the relationship had always been controversial, referencing the businessman’s past marriage to Tonto Dikeh and the drama involved.

Churchill caught heat from users too, with one viral comment saying, “He used her and took advantage of her naiveness.”

A section of fans expressed pity for Rosy, while others claimed the situation was “karma” or “expected,” given how the relationship allegedly began years ago.
