"It’s My Life!" - Mr P Fires Back At Critics Over Birthday Date Change

Former P-Square duo Peter Okoye also known as Mr P has fired back at critics after announcing he's changing the date he celebrates his birthday from November 18 to November 30. 

Mr P posted that he was officially changing his birthday date which he shares with his twin brother, Paul Okoye.

“I’m making it official. November 18th is no longer my birthday celebration date. Please note that I will not be accepting any messages or gifts on that day. My birthday will now be celebrated on November 30th. This is a personal decision”

November 18 is the actual birth date he shares with his twin brother, Paul Okoye (Rudeboy). 

The move comes amid their long-running family feud and split from the iconic P-Square group. 

Many online interpreted it as a symbolic step to further distance himself from his brother, especially since the brothers have had public fallouts over management, finances, and family matters in the past.

The announcement sparked heated online debate, with some calling it petty, unnecessary, or even suggesting he “change his face” or surname too if he wanted separation. 

Mr P clapped back on X (formerly Twitter), questioning why people were so invested in his matters.He essentially told critics it’s his life and his personal choice, and they should focus on bigger issues instead of obsessing over this.
