"The Day My World Crumbled" - Jennifer Recalls Junior Pope's Passing
Junior Pope's wife, Jennifer, shared a heartbreaking account of the moment she received the news of his passing on the 2nd anniversary of his death.
She recalled getting a devastating call around 3 pm on April 10, 2024, informing her that the boat Junior Pope was on had capsized. Jennifer was in denial, thinking it was a prank, especially since Junior had asked her to keep his jollof rice warm the night before.
Jennifer described the moment she arrived at the scene, seeing a massive crowd and a black Hilux with Junior Pope's lifeless body in the trunk, wearing the same red shorts he had on when he left the house that morning.

Jennifer revealed that she screamed "JESUSSSSS" and was overcome with grief. Her blood pressure shot up to over 210, and she was immediately admitted to the hospital.
Jennifer expressed gratitude for God's strength and faithfulness, saying she's holding things down for Junior while believing he's holding it down for them in heaven.
