Bobrisky arrested over ₦30million fraud



Idris Olarenwaju popularly known as Bobrisky has been arrested again. He was arrested over ₦30million fraud, according to the Nation. Although the details of the arrest are still sketchy, police sources have confirmed the arrest of the cross-dresser.

 A police source said the cross-dresser was picked up while driving in Lekki. The policemen reportly entered his white Sport Utility Vehicle (SUV) and drove off with him.

He was arrested today by operative of Inspector of General of Police (IG), monitoring unit for Abuja over a ₦30million deal between the cross-dresser and a female client.

Confirming the arrest, the spokesperson of the Nigerian Police Force DCP Frank Mba who spoke with the Nation, said a woman petition the police accusing Bobrisky of ₦30million fraud. He said Bobrisky has been granted administrative bail. But the case is active and the case is still under investigation.

Yes, Bobrisky was arrested in the early hours of today following a petition by a Nigerian woman that the cross dresser collected N30m from her for sales but did not keep to the end of the deal. Bobrisky was granted bail but the case is still an active one. It is a case under investigation.


Recall, Bobrisky was arrested by law enforcement agency, January 24, 2020. This is not the first he will be arrested.
