Omotola Ekeinde reminiscences about her journey to stardom
Omotola Jalade Ekeinde popularly known as Omosexy is celebrating her 25years of entertainment. She mentioned her achievement though she acknowledged that it has not been easy.
Omosexy began her journey into stardom by modeling to earn a living. She was later introduced to acting when she accompanied a friend to an audition. Her first acting role was in the 1995 movie, 'Venom of Justice'.

She has appeared in more than 300 films, selling millions of video copies. The first African celebrity to receive over 1 million likes on Facebook page. Omosexy was honored in Time magazine's list of the 100 most influential people in the world alongside Michelle Obama, Beyonce and others.
In 2004, she was honored by the Nigerian government with Member of the order of the Federal Republic, MFR for her contributions to Nigerian cinema.
In 2012, Omosexy launched her own reality show, Omotola: The real me, on Africa Magic entertainment making her the first Nigerian celebrity to begin her own reality show.
Omotola is married to captain Matthew Ekeinde, they got married in 1996. They have four lovely children. She is also one of the celebrity that is happily married.
