"Holding A Man Down With Charm Is Wrong" - Actress Angela Eguavoen
Nollywood actress, Angela Eguavoen has disclosed how wrong to tie a man down with charm. Says, it's terrible, for it shows that the individual has really low self-esteem.
The TV personality added that there's no reason for a woman to use charm on a man, even if the man had broke the woman's heart.
She told Saturday Beats,
“Holding a man down with ‘juju’ (charms) is wrong. It is terrible. It shows the person has really low self-esteem. The best way to have a man is not by using charms on him. I will never advocate for that. I don’t know why some people do it. Even if a man breaks your heart or has been terrible to you, just move on. You can meet a great man that will treat you way better.”

The filmmaker once disclosed that she wasn't afraid of marriage “I am not scared of marriage at all. I believe in marriage a lot. My parents are happily married and I have siblings who are married too. So, they inspire me. I don’t dwell on the unfortunate fate of others. Regarding marriage, I fill my thoughts with as much positivity as possible.”
Eguavoen said she has a good working relationship with her colleagues though she has some that she's close with, they hang out and do things together.
“I am not sure of what you mean by ‘clique’ but I have really close friends in the industry that we hang out and do stuff together. They call me for jobs only if they think I would fit into certain roles in their films. That does not stop them from calling other actors instead of me. As actors, we work with different people at different times.”
