I'm Nigeria's Most Abused Politician After Tinubu - Wike

 

The Minister of the Federal Capital Territory, Nyesom Wike, has described himself as the most abused politician in Nigeria after President Bola Tinubu. 

He made this statement during a meeting with Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) stakeholders in Ahoada East Local Government Area of Rivers State, saying people abuse him because he insists on agreements being honored.

Wike emphasized that his loyalty to Tinubu remains unwavering, and he's committed to supporting the president's mandate.

He's also criticized some politicians for only claiming to support Tinubu after the election, saying they were nowhere to be found during crucial moments.

Nyesom Wike expressed gratitude to the people of Ahoada East and Ahoada West Local Government Areas for their unwavering support, particularly during the 2023 elections when he and his team stood firmly behind President Bola Tinubu's mandate.

“This is the first local government we are coming to say thank you for being there for us all through these years.” 

“You know, like the pastor said today, God detastes those who are ungrateful. And so for what you’ve done for us, for standing with us, we say thank you. Thank you, and thank you.”
