Alesh Sanni Speaks Out Against 14-Year Jail Term for Man Who Stole A Fowl
The actor expresses outrage over 14-year sentence for chicken thief, calling it a gross Injustice.
This comes after a circulating report that an Osun State court has handed down a 14-year prison sentence to a man convicted of stealing a chicken.

Actress Biola Bayo recently featured the of the convicted man on her show, where she expressed her distress over the perceived injustice and appealed to the Governor of Osun State for assistance.
Reacting, Alesh slammed those in authority in Nigeria who often abuse their power and act with impunity.
"People in power just do anyhow in this my country Nigeria…. Imagine someone just stole a fowl and was sentenced… Imagine 14 years in prison for just a fowl…. Please those in charge should be published because whyyyyyy… This isn’t about government but about the evil people in power. You people have no fear of God. This is really sad…. It takes nothing chai… Nothing but freedom walai chai."
