Popular Nigerian actor and comedian Ayodeji Richard Makun, aka AY Comedian, has lamented over the lack of support from his colleagues.

AY expressed disappointment over lack of support from his male colleagues as he questioned their double standards, stressing that his male colleagues only rally behind women.

AY took to the micro-blogging X app to reveal the challenges the male entertainers are facing in the industry.

He observed that support from his male colleagues seems to be reserved for women who bring something to the table.

The comedian disclosed his determination to stay in the game, despite lack of support.

“One day man go tell man “wetin man do man”. We work so hard to stay relevant and take care of our responsibilities. Must we have breast and yansh to have the support of our fellow men?

"I am still the only man left in the business of filmmaking who is yet to give it all up. THE WAITER is a beautiful movie. I will continue to PERSONALLY push it with my full chest in cinemas nationwide. I am too legit to quit."
