Hilda Effiong Bassey, popularly known as Hilda Baci, a Nigerian chef and former Guinness World Record holder for the longest cooking marathon, has officially kicked off her Guinness World Record attempt to cook the largest pot of Nigerian jollof rice at the Eko Hotel and Suites in Lagos.
The event, tagged "20,000 Mouths, One Dream," aims to feed thousands with a massive pot of jollof rice, measuring six meters wide and 1.3 meters deep, containing 250 bags of rice.
