Kylie Jenner a media personality and one of the star of 'Keeping Up with the Kardashians' has bought a gigantic mansion and it is situated in the best place of L.A, Holmby Hills/ Beverly Hills/ Bel_Air area, with a price tag of $36.5 million. According to TMZ, the initial price for the mansion was 45 million but Kylie Jenner, the youngest self made billionaire was able to negotiate well and bought the mansion for a $36.5 million.

The house has 15,350 square feet and it is billed as a resort compound. It is a single _ story modern compound with a guardhouse. The house also have chef's kitchen, a gym and a championship_ level sport court with pickle/basketball, an outdoor projection screen theatre, bar and game rooms.
