Burna Boy Reacts After Davido Calls Him A 'New Cat'

 

Popular Afrobeats singer, David Adeleke aka Davido has made tongues wagging with his statement of calling Burna Boy, Fireboy and other singers as "New Cats".

In a recent interview, Davido referred to Burna Boy and some other singers as an upcoming artiste.

In the trending clip, Davido spoke on how he and Wizkid made some things to happen and stated how he's elated that new cats like Burna Boy, Mayorkun and the others are flourishing in the industry.

Saying the future of Afrobeats is in safe hands of the new cats.

“Me and Wizkid were one of the first to blow it up, it feels good seeing the new cats coming up like Burna Boy, Rema, Fireboy, Mayorkun, a lot

of new cats coming, killing it, Asake that’s on my album, so yeah I think the future of Afrobeats is in good hands.”

Reacting, Burna Boy disclosed, uniting people has been his long time dream.
