Cook-a-thon: Guinness World Records Declares Hilda Baci New Record Holder

Hilda Effiong Bassey populaly known as Hilda Baci has been finally been declared as the new record holder for the longest cooking marathon by an individual.

Guinness World Records made the announcement via their official Twitter handle and also shared a video of Hilda's cooking which explains how she became the new record holder for the longest cook-a-thon.

Hilda Baci broke the Guinness World Record for the longest cooking time in May. She beat Indian Chef Lata Tondon’s record of 87 hours, 45 minutes, and 00 seconds to emerge officially as the new record holder. 

However, the organization recorded 93 hours,  11 minutes for Hilda Effiong Bassey instead of her 100 hours target.
