“I Have Never Seen You Visit Your Mother's Family House” – Cynthia Morgan Slams Davido For Getting Involved In Edo Gubernatorial Election
Former dancehall singer, Cynthia Morgan has slammed Afrobeats singer, Davido for showing interest during the gubernatorial election in Edo State.
Davido knocked officials of the Independent National Electoral Commission INEC over their conduct during the gubernatorial election Edo.
In a series of tweets, he shared on his X handle, Davido revealed why he is interested in the state governorship election.
‘’My mom is from Edo for those wondering why I’m interested in the election … but we as Nigerians should be concerned sha ..''

Taking to her Instagram story, Cynthia fired Davido for revealing that his mother is from Edo State when she has never seen him visit her family house.
Cynthia Morgan wrote,
“If you know me, you would know I am very apolitical, but this Davido is more annoying than I thought. Since you’ve been screaming your mum was from Edo State, I have never seen you visit her family house, and neither have you mentioned the village or family she is from. It has only been a propaganda thing for you
Please leave Edo people alone.
You’re not from Edo State neither do you know the struggles of an average Edo man or woman. Asue is the man. Nigerian govt is not a family business.”
